Instructional Designer
Job Summary
To support the Field Services Training & Enablement team, the fully remote Instructional Designer will design, develop, and maintain training programs and materials for onboarding and ongoing skills development, collaborating closely with subject matter experts and field leaders.
Key responsibilities
- Design and update instructional materials for onboarding, technical training, and soft skills
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and leadership to identify training needs and validate content accuracy
- Develop training for various modalities, including instructor-led, eLearning, and blended learning programs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in instructional design or training development
- Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate 360 or Adobe Captivate
- Demonstrated experience with instructional design models like ADDIE or SAM
- Experience project managing learning programs
