Instructional Designer

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare team, the full-time remote Instructional Designer will design and develop scalable learning experiences for frontline patient care teams, partnering with various stakeholders to translate complex information into practical training materials.

Key responsibilities

• Own instructional design projects end-to-end, creating engaging, asynchronous-first learning
• Coordinate across teams to identify shared learning needs and build scalable, modular content
• Partner with subject matter experts to turn complex information into clear, practical learning for frontline teams

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a clinical/healthcare training role
• Experience training in a telemedicine setting preferred
• Strong instructional design expertise, including adult learning principles and measurable learning objectives
• Proven ability to translate complex clinical and operational information into effective learning experiences
• Hands-on experience with eLearning tools such as Articulate 360 and familiarity with LMS platforms
