Job Summary

Supporting a digital-first learning strategy, the full-time remote Instructional Designer will design engaging, learner-centered experiences that enhance employee performance by translating complex processes and technology into practical learning solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct learning needs analysis to identify performance gaps and appropriate learning solutions
• Design and develop engaging learning experiences across multiple modalities, including eLearning and instructor-led training
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure content is accurate and aligned with learning objectives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 4-7 years of experience in designing and developing learning content for adult learners
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and methodologies
• Experience with digital adoption platforms and creating visually appealing learning materials
• Ability to translate complex information into clear and engaging learning experiences
