Instructional Designer

Job Summary

To support the Learning Experience department, the full-time salaried Instructional Designer & Facilitator will design, develop, and facilitate high-quality learning experiences remotely, collaborating with subject matter experts and stakeholders to create engaging educational content.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop various learning formats, including eLearning and workshops, while maintaining and updating content as needed
• Deliver and facilitate training programs in live virtual and blended formats, adapting to different audiences and incorporating feedback for improvement
• Manage projects from development through launch, evaluating learning experiences and identifying knowledge gaps to create effective learning solutions

Required qualifications

• Experience in instructional design, training, or content development with a solid understanding of adult learning principles
• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and tools like Canva and PowerPoint for creating visual materials
• Strong research and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Comfortable working independently and collaborating cross-functionally
• Background in health, wellness, or a regulated industry is a plus, with a willingness to learn essential
