Instructional Designer

Job Summary

To support the Learning Experience department, the full-time salaried Instructional Designer & Facilitator will design, develop, and facilitate engaging learning experiences remotely, collaborating with subject matter experts to translate complex information into effective training solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop various learning formats, including eLearning and workshops, while maintaining and updating content
• Deliver training programs and facilitate interactive sessions, adapting to different audiences and incorporating feedback for continuous improvement
• Manage learning projects from development to launch, evaluating effectiveness through feedback and engagement data

Required qualifications

• Experience in instructional design, training, or content development with a strong understanding of adult learning principles
• Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and tools like Canva and PowerPoint for creating visual materials
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and learn new topics quickly through strong research and organizational skills
• Experience in health, wellness, or a regulated industry is a plus, along with a willingness to learn
• Comfortable working independently and collaborating cross-functionally
