Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Instructional Designer will analyze training needs, develop and implement training materials using ADDIE methodology, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop learning objectives and training materials for various delivery methods
- Conduct Front End Analysis to identify curriculum objectives and performance needs
- Manage project timelines and collaborate with clients to ensure training effectiveness
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field, along with relevant curriculum design experience
- Minimum of 3 years of professional training and development experience
- 1-3 years of Instructional or Curriculum Design experience preferred
- ISD Certifications and proficiency in design programs (Articulate, Camtasia, Captivate) are highly desirable
- Call Center experience is preferred
