Instructional Designer

Job Summary

Seeking a creative and team-focused Instructional Designer, the full-time remote position will analyze business goals and learner needs to develop engaging instructional content and learning experiences for program participants, staff, and volunteers.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business goals and learner needs to create effective instructional strategies and measurable learning objectives
• Design and develop diverse learning experiences, including eLearning and instructor-led materials, ensuring alignment with organizational standards
• Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to uncover performance needs and deliver high-quality learning assets

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, adult education, curriculum design, or a related field; graduate degree preferred
• Five years of instructional design experience with a strong background in adult education and instructional technology
• Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools, and storyboarding; experience with Articulate Rise is desired
• Strong interpersonal and client-facing customer service skills
• Must be located in the United States for this remote position
