Instructional Designer
Job Summary
Supporting a team of instructional designers, the full-time temporary Instructional Designer will convert ILT slide decks into WBT courses using Articulate Storyline and SAP Enable Now while working remotely for a duration of three months.
Key responsibilities:
- Convert ILT training materials into WBT courses, ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs
- Develop and update training materials, including course outlines, job aids, and system demonstrations
- Track and report on the progress of training development and delivery for continuous improvement
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- 4+ years of experience with Articulate Storyline
- 4+ years of experience with SAP Enable Now
- 4+ years of experience with LMS platforms
- 2+ years of experience with SharePoint
