Instructional Designer
Job Summary
Seeking an innovative and business-focused Instructional Designer, the full-time remote position will design and deliver engaging, scenario-based learning solutions for compliance, data privacy, and workplace safety training using modern digital tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging e-learning modules for compliance and workplace safety training using various authoring tools
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate compliance requirements into effective learning strategies
- Conduct training needs analyses and recommend appropriate learning interventions based on identified performance needs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
- 4+ years of experience designing corporate learning solutions
- Strong knowledge of instructional design approaches such as ADDIE or SAM
- Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise
- Experience publishing to LMS platforms and managing SCORM/xAPI content
