Instructional Designer
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Instructional Designer / eLearning Developer for a full-time remote position, this role will design, develop, and deploy engaging training solutions for a large-scale federal Enterprise Contract Management System implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze system functionality and user roles to identify learning and performance needs
- Design and develop instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced eLearning products tailored to specific tasks within the CMS environment
- Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle to ensure instructional products meet accessibility and quality standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years' experience in designing training for complex enterprise systems
- Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools and eLearning development software like Articulate 360
- Strong understanding of AI applications in instructional design
- Experience in developing various learning modalities, including simulations and performance-support materials
- Knowledge of adult-learning theory and instructional design principles
