Instructional Designer

Job Summary

Supporting an exceptional care experience, the full-time remote Instructional Designer, Clinical Training will design high-quality learning experiences and partner with various teams to enhance provider onboarding and ongoing enablement.

Key responsibilities

• Design best-in-class learning experiences across various modalities, including eLearning and assessments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support launches, guideline updates, and provider communications
• Measure and report on the impact of instructional design initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Learning & Development, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in instructional design and e-learning development
• 2-3 years of experience in a scaling SaaS or B2C environment
• Strong working knowledge of adult learning best practices
• Familiarity with standard instructional design tools and a willingness to learn new ones
