Instructional Designer

Job Summary

Working remotely from anywhere in the US, the full-time Instructional Designer will design and develop engaging instructional materials for eLearning, virtual classrooms, and instructor-led training while collaborating with subject matter experts to identify learning objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop instructional materials that are interactive and visually appealing
• Conduct needs assessments and collaborate with SMEs to create course content and assessments
• Facilitate course delivery and monitor feedback for continuous improvement of training materials

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• 3-5 years of experience in instructional design
• Expertise in eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate)
• Strong knowledge of instructional design models and principles
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
