Instructional Designer

Job Summary

To support innovative learning experiences, the full-time Instructional Designer will manage course revisions, create and revise curriculum, and facilitate design meetings with faculty, primarily working on campus with a flexible work arrangement available.

Key responsibilities

• Manage course revisions in collaboration with development teams, including faculty and subject matter experts
• Create and revise curriculum in accordance with sound instructional design principles
• Act as lead designer and project manager for the end-to-end analysis, design, and development process of individual projects

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and four years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Knowledge of educational design, curriculum development, and adult learning principles
• Experience with educational assessment
• Ability to apply principles of Accessible Design (ADA) and Universal Design for Learning (UDL)
• Project management skills
