Instructional Designer
Job Summary
Seeking an innovative Instructional Designer, the full-time remote position will focus on creating exceptional online learning experiences by collaborating with client leadership, designing content in Canvas LMS, and utilizing graphic design software to enhance course materials.
Key responsibilities:
- Consult and collaborate with institutional leadership teams to design and build online learning experiences
- Design, curate, and structure content and assessments in Canvas LMS while ensuring accessibility standards are met
- Deliver remote workshops and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders and subject matter experts
Required qualifications:
- Experience with course design in Canvas LMS is a plus
- Fluency in Spanish and English is essential
- A portfolio showcasing eLearning design skills and graphic design asset incorporation
- Understanding of WCAG 2.1 Accessibility Guidelines and Universal Design for Learning principles
- A degree in education, design, marketing, or a related field
