Instructional Designer

Job Summary

To enhance operational excellence, the full-time remote Instructional Designer will design, develop, and maintain engaging training programs and resources while collaborating with subject matter experts and stakeholders to translate business needs into effective learning solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with SMEs, leadership, and stakeholders to identify training needs and define learning objectives
• Create multimedia training content and instructional materials, ensuring alignment with operational standards
• Develop methods to measure training effectiveness and support trainers in delivering training sessions

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience designing and developing a variety of learning solutions
• Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field
• Knowledge of instructional design approaches for system and process training
• Experience facilitating instructor-led training sessions (optional/desired)
