Instructional Designer

Job Summary

Partnering closely with product owners and SMEs in a remote, temporary capacity, the SFDC + Oracle CPQ Instructional Designer will manage the end-to-end enablement workstream for system enhancements, designing and developing targeted training materials while executing change management plans to support user adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with product owners and SMEs to identify training requirements based on system functionality changes
• Own the planning, execution, and delivery of enablement initiatives aligned with release timelines
• Develop and implement change management and communication plans to ensure user readiness and support

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Learning Technologies, Education, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 6+ years of experience in instructional design within a fast-paced environment, demonstrating project ownership
• Experience with change management principles and user adoption strategies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and eLearning tools such as Articulate Storyline and Camtasia
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
