Instructional Designer
Job Summary
Seeking a Junior Instructional Designer for a 12-month remote contract position, responsible for designing, developing, and revising engaging learning solutions for Claims employees across various operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and revise instructional content for Claims employees
- Create a variety of learning materials, including instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced digital content
- Manage curriculum revisions and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure training accuracy
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience with instructional design strategies
- At least 1 year of experience collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
- At least 1 year of project management experience
- Knowledge of Articulate 360, including Storyline and Rise
- Knowledge of Adobe products, including Premiere, Audition, and Photoshop
