Instructional Designer

Job Summary

To support the development of online course offerings, the full-time Instructional Designer will manage course design and content improvement, collaborate with academic experts, and analyze student performance data, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the design and development of new courses, including curriculum and assessment creation
• Analyze assessment results and student outcomes to inform course improvements
• Coordinate with content creators and oversee the production and editing of course materials

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in educational technology, instructional design, communications, or related field
• 3+ years of instructional design and development experience, preferably in education
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Experience with Content Management Systems and digital product development processes
• Ability to lead collaborative projects with cross-functional teams
