Job Summary
To enhance the training for providers in pediatric mental health, the fully remote Instructional Designer will design, build, and manage engaging learning initiatives while collaborating with clinical leaders and subject matter experts.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct needs assessments to identify performance gaps and define measurable learning objectives
- Develop interactive e-learning modules and multimedia content using tools like Articulate 360 and Camtasia
- Implement assessments to evaluate learner comprehension and continuously refine curriculum assets based on feedback
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in instructional design and digital course development for clinical audiences
- Proficiency in rapid e-learning authoring tools, particularly Articulate 360
- Strong foundation in adult learning theory and assessment design
- Experience with generative AI tools for content creation and multimedia production
