Job Summary
Leading the development of high-quality learning solutions, the full-time remote Instructional Designer will manage projects from inception to completion, collaborate with subject matter experts, and create engaging instructional content.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and oversee instructional design projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project objectives
- Conduct needs assessments with SMEs to identify learning objectives and performance gaps
- Develop instructional materials using design tools, including e-learning courses and multimedia content
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in instructional design with project management responsibilities
- Proficiency in Articulate, Vyond, Camtasia, and other instructional design tools
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS)
