Job Summary
Proactive and creative, the full-time Instructional Designer will collaborate cross-functionally to analyze learning needs and develop engaging content for the Nozomi Networks platform, ensuring alignment with business goals and measurable outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop learning experiences and assessments aligned with defined learning outcomes and technical proficiency goals
- Collaborate with internal partners, including Professional Services, Product, Engineering, and Marketing, to enhance learning content
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning content using data analytics and feedback to support continuous improvement
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in scaled learning content design and development
- Demonstrated understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies
- Familiarity with learning technologies and content development tools (e.g., Articulate Rise, Camtasia, Cloudshare, Skilljar)
- Strong writing, organization, and project management skills
- Ability to simplify and communicate technical concepts effectively
