Job Summary
To support the College of Applied Human Sciences, the remote full-time Instructional Designer will collaborate with faculty to create engaging instructional materials, manage course shells within the LMS, and contribute to the design and delivery of online courses.
Key responsibilities
- Create and maintain course shells in the LMS, ensuring organization and accessibility
- Design, develop, and deploy instructional materials for online courses, collaborating with faculty and instructional designers
- Support program growth by coordinating with college leadership and maintaining relationships with instructional support services
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum of three years of experience in instructional design, project management, and online education technologies
- Proficiency with learning management systems and instructional design tools
- Knowledge of ADA compliance and accessibility standards for digital learning
- Experience with HTML and multimedia software such as Adobe Creative Cloud and Articulate 360
