Instructional Designer eLearning Developer

Job Summary

To design, develop, and deploy engaging learning solutions for a multinational confectionery manufacturing company, the full-time hourly Instructional Designer/eLearning Developer will leverage AI tools for content creation and pivot between rapid eLearning development and multi-modal learning solution design in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and create a wide range of engaging learning materials, including in-person session materials, facilitator guides, and digital modules
• Utilize modern authoring tools and AI-enabled tools to enhance content creation efficiency and quality while adhering to data privacy requirements
• Collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing development projects, tracking progress, and evaluating the success of learning programs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of instructional design experience
• Proficiency in Articulate Rise and Storyline 360
• Practical experience with AI tools, preferably Microsoft Copilot, for content development
• Strong visual design skills using tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
• Exceptional ability to translate complex subjects into clear, engaging content for non-technical audiences
