Instructional Designer II

Job Summary

To enhance employee capabilities and productivity, the full-time remote Instructional Designer II will design, develop, and maintain dynamic eLearning and training solutions, collaborating with subject matter experts to create effective learning content and strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Creates learning content and assessments aligned with organizational goals
• Consults with stakeholders to develop instructional objectives and customized learning solutions
• Stays updated on emerging trends in learning methods and incorporates best practices in adult learning

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Instructional Design Technology, or related field, or 8 years equivalent experience
• Five or more years of experience in an educational or business environment
• Three or more years of experience in assessing, designing, and implementing learning solutions
• Advanced knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Proficiency in at least one authoring/development tool, such as Storyline
