Instructional Designer K-12
Job Summary
To support the development of innovative educational resources, the remote Instructional Designer K-12 will create and refine digital curriculum assets, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior designers, all while working on a project basis until September 30, 2027.
Key responsibilities
- Develop digital curriculum assets, including e-books and interactive content, using instructional design models
- Review and refine content storyboards to ensure instructional effectiveness and user engagement
- Lead digital content workflows and conduct user testing to enhance digital learning experiences
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Instructional Technology, Instructional Design, Education Technology, or related field
- 2 - 5 years of experience in digital content development for teaching and learning materials
- Proficiency in authoring tools and LMS platforms
- Ability to manage multiple projects within deadlines and budgets
- Experience using data and user research insights to refine learning experiences
