Instructional Designer Supervisor

Job Summary

To enhance K-12 literacy programs, the remote Supervisor, Instructional Designer for Dual Literacy (ELA/SLA) will manage a team of Instructional Designers, oversee the development of instructional materials, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive digital initiatives through effective resource allocation and project management.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute digital programs and instructional materials
• Supervise and mentor a team of Instructional Designers to create impactful educational content
• Manage external vendors and ensure alignment with project objectives while maintaining quality standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Technology, Instructional Design, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in digital content development, including teaching and learning materials
• Prior experience managing people and multiple projects within tight deadlines and budgets
• Experience with Spanish-language materials and K-5 teaching experience is a plus
• Familiarity with authoring tools, learning management systems, and content management systems
