Job Summary
To support the advancement of online education, the full-time Instructional Designer - TN will collaborate with faculty and Graduate Teaching Associates to analyze, design, develop, and evaluate online and hybrid courses, while managing instructional design projects that enhance educational opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze and design quality online and hybrid courses in collaboration with instructional faculty
- Develop and evaluate instructional materials and digital multimedia assets to enhance online learning experiences
- Lead and manage instructional design projects that align with the university's strategic goals for online education
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Two years of instructional design experience
- Knowledge of best practices in online teaching, learning, and assessment
- High proficiency in a modern LMS, such as Canvas
- Ability to design and develop engaging online and hybrid courses
