Instructional Specialist

Job Summary

To enhance virtual learning experiences, the remote Instructional Specialist will develop and deliver professional development for educators, oversee instructional quality assurance initiatives, and provide coaching to improve instructional effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and deliver ongoing professional development opportunities focused on instructional best practices and teaching strategies
• Provide leadership and oversight of instructional quality assurance initiatives, including performance evaluations and constructive feedback
• Analyze instructional performance and student data to identify opportunities for improvement and inform recommendations related to educational content

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a K-12 classroom teacher, preferably in mathematics or English Language Arts (ELA)
• Experience coaching, mentoring, or providing professional development to instructional professionals
• Strong understanding of effective teaching practices in virtual learning environments
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Must reside in the United States and be legally authorized to work in the United States
