Instructional Technologist
Job Summary
Supporting faculty and students in navigating instructional technologies, the full-time Instructional Technologist will provide responsive assistance, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with academic leaders to enhance learning experiences in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary resource for instructional technology inquiries and support
- Collaborate with academic leaders and the Learning Design team to effectively integrate technology into courses
- Troubleshoot technology issues and coordinate solutions with IT and other teams as needed
Required qualifications
- Associate degree required; bachelor's degree preferred
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in instructional or educational technology
- Familiarity with learning management systems and instructional technology tools
- Experience supporting technology users in an educational environment preferred
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to simplify complex issues
