Job Summary
Providing customer service to designated clients and new business, the full-time remote Insurance Account Associate will manage the enrollment process, interact with clients to respond to inquiries, and develop communication materials while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

- Manage transitional insurance company materials and oversee the enrollment process for clients
- Interact with clients to address inquiries and maintain regular contact to enhance client relationships

Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Two or more years of related work experience
- Valid Insurance License with ongoing Continuing Education requirements
- Encouraged to complete Career Path requirements as communicated by supervisor
