Insurance Accounts Receivable Supervisor

Job Summary

Overseeing the daily operations of the insurance accounts receivable team, the full-time Insurance Accounts Receivable Supervisor will ensure timely processing and resolution of claims while supervising staff and improving collection processes in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the insurance accounts receivable team, including claim submissions and payment posting
• Monitor outstanding insurance A/R and ensure timely follow-up and resolution
• Train and evaluate team members to maintain productivity and compliance with regulations

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; completion of relevant college coursework preferred
• 2+ years' experience in an accounts receivable position required; supervisory experience is a plus
• Experience in a Physician Practice preferred
