Job Summary

Dedicated and driven, the fully remote Broker Success Associate will provide exceptional support to brokers and policyholders through email, phone, and chat, while navigating the quoting, binding, and endorsement processes to enhance customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support over email, phone, and chat to brokers and policyholders, focusing on creating the best customer experience
• Innovate solutions for customer problems and assist brokers in navigating the online experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to relay broker feedback and drive improvements to customer experience

Required Qualifications:

• A mix of education and/or work experience relevant to the role
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Process-driven with a reliance on data and analytics for success evaluation and improvements
• 1+ years of insurance experience is a plus, but training is available
• A P&C license is a plus, but not required at hire
