Job Summary

Detail-oriented and organized, the full-time remote Insurance Claims Operations Associate will manage the intake, documentation, and follow-up for insurance claims, ensuring efficient case progression from initial report to resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Execute high-volume intake and case processing across multiple channels
• Prepare and submit FNOL details for claim establishment and maintain accurate data across systems
• Identify and resolve missing or inconsistent information using defined workflows and tools

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in operations, claims intake, or insurance support in a high-volume environment
• Strong attention to detail with a process-driven mindset focused on accuracy and efficiency
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet daily productivity expectations
• Experience working across multiple systems and tools simultaneously
• Adaptability to evolving tools, systems, and workflows with automation
