Job Summary

Supporting the service and production team, the full-time Insurance Client Service Specialist will process new and renewal business, maintain client information, and address client inquiries while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process new and renewal business, ensuring accurate client information management
• Address and resolve client questions and issues, escalating complex matters as necessary
• Assist in the preparation of proposals and maintain daily client processing functions

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to prioritize work and respond quickly to client requests
• Accountability for the quality of work delivered
