Job Summary

Driving growth within a targeted portfolio of insurance accounts, the full-time remote Insurance Consult Partner will guide multi-disciplinary teams through complex consulting engagements, focusing on AI-driven transformation and modernization of mission-critical business lines.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand a portfolio of insurance accounts, identifying whitespace opportunities for transformation-led engagements
• Build pipelines and close deals across Life and Property & Casualty (P&C) sectors, acting as a trusted advisor to clients
• Lead AI-driven transformation initiatives, enhancing operational efficiency and aligning technology solutions with business needs

Required qualifications

• Deep expertise in the insurance market, particularly in specialty underwriting and broker-driven distribution
• Proven track record of account growth and expansion in a hunter-farmer hybrid role
• Experience engaging with CXO-level executives and advising on business strategy and technology transformation
• Familiarity with insurance core platforms and AI-driven transformation use cases
• Established relationships within the insurance sector to accelerate trust and engagement with target accounts
