Insurance Licensing Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the fully remote Insurance Licensing Analyst will manage insurance licenses, carrier appointments, and certifications while ensuring agents remain compliant and properly credentialed.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage insurance licenses, carrier appointments, certifications, and related credentialing requirements
• Process licensing and appointment activities for new and existing agents
• Maintain accurate licensing records across internal systems, carrier portals, and databases

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 2+ years of experience in insurance licensing or a similar role
• In-depth knowledge of state insurance regulations and licensing requirements
• Proficient in using licensing software and databases, with experience maintaining accurate records
• Strong communication skills to effectively support agents, carriers, and internal business partners
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel
