Job Summary
Leading insurance billing and follow-up operations, the full-time Insurance Manager will manage client relationships, oversee team training and development, and drive continuous improvement strategies in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manages existing client relationships and develops new client partnerships
- Oversees training and education of supervisors and staff to ensure compliance with processes
- Implements processes and procedures to enhance team performance and meet client expectations
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years of healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) experience in a leadership role managing 50+ employees
- Hands-on experience with Insurance Follow-Up, Denials Management, and accounts receivable processes
- Experience in Hospital Billing (HB) and Physician Billing / Professional Billing (PB)
- Proficiency in using Epic and Electronic Health Record (EHR) platforms
- Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, HMO, PPO, and Commercial Insurance
