Job Summary

Leading the strategy for the Insurance market, the full-time remote Insurance Market Director will develop and execute market strategies, influence cross-functional teams, and report on market progress while building prototypes using AI tools.

Key responsibilities

• Owns and prioritizes the Insurance market strategy, ensuring accountability for outcomes
• Develops medium- to long-term strategies and translates them into actionable plans for Product, Sales, and Marketing
• Partners with Product and Engineering to align market insights with roadmap priorities and reconciles stakeholder views for decision-making

Required qualifications

• Experience in market strategy for P&C insurance software or services, particularly in core policy administration and claims systems
• Proven track record in guiding enterprise clients through procurement, selection, or implementation of relevant solutions
• Demonstrated ability to build and present prototypes or product concepts, explaining decision-making processes
• Hands-on experience with prototyping tools and current methodologies
• Established capability to influence senior leaders across Product, Sales, and Marketing without holding a P&L or quota
