Insurance Operations Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing day-to-day insurance follow-up and billing operations, the full-time Manager, Insurance Operations will lead operational teams, monitor performance metrics, and ensure effective execution of processes to achieve revenue cycle and client objectives in a virtual setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop operational teams to ensure adherence to standards and processes for client delivery
• Monitor operational performance metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement
• Prepare and communicate operational reports and performance results to leadership and clients

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
• 5+ years of experience in hospital revenue cycle operations, insurance follow-up, billing, or receivables management
• 3+ years of experience managing or supervising revenue cycle teams
• Strong understanding of insurance billing, follow-up, and accounts receivable best practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
