Job Summary
To support the growth strategy of the agency, the full-time remote Insurance Operations Specialist will manage core agency systems, analyze data for reporting, and ensure compliance with licensing requirements while providing support to internal teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage core agency technology and systems, including Agency Management System and Salesforce CRM
- Analyze agency data and prepare comprehensive reports to support decision-making
- Ensure all carrier appointments are current and monitor compliance with licensing requirements for agency staff
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance administration or a related field
- Proficiency in using insurance software and CRM platforms (e.g. AMS360, Salesforce)
