Insurance Pricing Operations Manager

Job Summary

To support the integration of insurance capabilities across acquired entities, the full-time remote Insurance Pricing Operations Manager will establish a centralized pricing function, standardize governance, and develop scalable pricing processes while leveraging analytics and digital tools.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a base pricing process across all acquired organizations, including the creation of a pricing playbook
• Own the annual pricing cycle and deal governance, partnering with Sales, Finance, and Operations to align pricing with business strategy
• Build pricing dashboards and conduct analytics to assess pricing outcomes and market intelligence, while identifying automation opportunities in pricing workflows

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
• 5-8+ years of relevant experience in pricing, commercial strategy, or deal pricing within IT and IT-enabled services
• Experience integrating pricing across acquired or multi-entity organizations, preferably in the insurance industry
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly strong Excel skills
• Customer-centric mindset with a focus on service and problem-solving
