Insurance Product Development Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time salaried Insurance Product Development Senior Analyst will assist in the strategy, design, and launch of new and enhanced insurance products, managing the full product lifecycle from ideation to regulatory approval.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and assist with the architecture of the product vision, including competitor comparisons and market opportunity identification
• Coordinate the end-to-end product development process with stakeholders, ensuring successful ideation, design, and post-launch optimization
• Ensure all products comply with state and federal regulations while providing necessary support and documentation

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in product development and insurance compliance
• Extensive experience in insurance product development and knowledge of proprietary and bureau-based programs
• Deep knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance products and associated regulatory environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and familiarity with SERFF, ISOnet, and project management software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging diverse audiences
