Job Summary
Completing life insurance medical and financial interviews via telephone, the contract-to-hire Insurance Risk Interviewer will manage outbound calls for multiple client companies in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Place outbound calls to contact life insurance applicants and conduct interviews to gather necessary information
- Review and edit collected information for quality assurance, ensuring compliance with client requirements
- Utilize call management systems to log call attempts and document interview results efficiently
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Medical terminology background
- Proficiency with Outlook and Microsoft Teams
- Comfortable navigating technology and call management systems
- Availability to work shifts from 11 am to 8 pm (central) Monday-Friday, with Saturday hours from 8 am to 4:30 pm
