Insurance Risk Interviewer
Job Summary
Completing life insurance medical and financial interviews via telephone, the part-time Insurance Risk Interviewer will conduct outbound calls for multiple client companies while ensuring compliance and quality assurance in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Place outbound calls to life insurance applicants and gather medical, financial, occupational, and avocation histories
- Review and edit information collected during interviews for quality assurance and document call results
- Learn and adhere to specific client requirements while responding to client and management requests professionally
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Background in medical terminology
- Proficiency in Outlook and Microsoft Teams
- Comfortable navigating technology and call management systems
- Availability to work from 10am to 7pm CST, Monday to Friday, and 8am to 4:30pm CST on Saturdays
