Job Summary

Managing a team of insurance sales consultants, the full-time Virtual Project Coach will supervise performance, foster individual development, and collaborate with management to enhance team effectiveness in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and develop a team of 15 or more insurance sales consultants, focusing on maximizing their talents
• Identify and implement performance improvement opportunities while resolving conflicts with empathy and care
• Handle administrative tasks such as managing schedules, approving payroll adjustments, and monitoring performance results

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with previous supervisory experience in a call center environment
• Strong sales background with the ability to drive results for the team
• Experience in insurance sales and service is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
