Insurance Systems Manager

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Enterprise Insurance Systems Manager, this full-time remote position will manage the insurance business systems, lead a team of administrators, and focus on driving business outcomes such as adoption, cycle time, data quality, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Set and drive the vision for the insurance-systems portfolio, maintaining a roadmap aligned with company priorities
• Oversee day-to-day administration and configuration of the systems, making recommendations for lifecycle and vendor decisions
• Manage and develop the admin team, ensuring cross-training and goal setting to enhance team performance

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience owning or administering enterprise SaaS platforms, with a focus on business outcomes
• 2+ years of direct management experience, including hiring and coaching platform administrators or analysts
• Proven ability to prioritize stakeholder demands and deliver measurable improvements
• Experience in vendor, license, and budget management
• Technical fluency with integrations, APIs, and data tools relevant to insurance systems
