Job Summary

Managing day-to-day operations, the fully remote Insurance Team Lead will provide guidance to employees, oversee client communication, and facilitate training while ensuring efficient workflow and process adherence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and audit client-specific tasks while overseeing instructional account and workflow processes
• Conduct training and mentoring for new hires, ensuring completion of necessary tracking and progress reports
• Collaborate with management to identify performance improvement opportunities and handle client inquiries professionally

Required qualifications

• Extensive experience with Insurance Claims, Billing, and Insurance Follow-Up
• Detail-oriented with a professional approach to correspondence
• Must have experience with Anthem BCBS
