Insurance Verification Representative

Job Summary

Ensuring efficient patient visits, the full-time remote Insurance Verification Representative will manage insurance authorizations, verify patient information, and respond to inquiries regarding insurance coverage.

Key responsibilities:

• Verify insurance information by contacting insurance companies and patients
• Obtain necessary authorizations for HMO patients and ensure claims are sent to the correct addresses
• Respond to customer inquiries about insurance coverage and claims processing

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent/relevant experience
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience required
• Proficiency in using office software and relevant computer applications
• Ability to learn new procedures and adapt to changing priorities
• Experience working collaboratively in a team environment
