Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare practice, the full-time Insurance Verification Specialist will manage the verification of customers' insurance for various medical supplies while working remotely from designated states.

Key responsibilities

• Verify insurance products and manage account setups for incontinence, diabetes, and other medical supplies
• Process incoming verification tasks, prescriptions, referrals, and insurance changes while maintaining accurate records
• Contact clients, caregivers, and healthcare providers to gather necessary information for account management

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a Medical Billing role with a focus on patient insurance verification
• 2+ years of medical billing coding experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Proven ability to follow multi-step procedures and maintain detailed records
• Experience handling multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
