Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end intake, sizing, and prioritization process, the fully remote Intake and Capacity Lead will manage change requests for the US Mortgage Banking Change Management Organization, ensuring a consistent flow from submission to delivery readiness.
Key responsibilities
- Own and improve the CMO intake, sizing, and prioritization process for change requests
- Facilitate review and prioritization forums while providing governance and oversight
- Maintain the Asana tool as the CMO system of record, ensuring accurate status, sizing, capacity, and priority
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- 7+ years of experience in intake management, demand or portfolio management, PMO, or process governance
- Experience running governance forums and maintaining a prioritization framework
- Working knowledge of the change and delivery lifecycle
- Proficiency with Asana or a comparable work-management tool
